New Hampshire. Like Maine, but more trees. We had a small slot this morning with a strong inversion but a very quick upper wind. The inversion was strong enough and safe enough for a good flight and the direction took us from Salem North East towards Canobie lake. Our weatherman Brad was crucial in confirming our gut feeling ant the morning and giving us the confidence that this inversion was here to stay so thanks Brad! This one was for you! My memory from this flight (apart from the trees) will flying up the frozen lake surrounded by beautiful lake houses and lots of surprised spectators. Probably five of the trickiest flights I have ever done all back to back, our plan now is to head north to Burlington, Vermont. #37 - but I need a stiff cup of tea!
